Rib Sandwich Recipe

  • 6 Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls

  • 2 slabs of St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs

  • Dill Pickles (Hamburger Sliced)

  • Your favorite BBQ Sauce

  • Your favorite BBQ Rub


The Meat

  1. Season your slabs of ribs with your favorite BBQ rub

  2. Smoke on your pit for 3 hours at 275 degrees

  3. Wrap ribs in foil and continue cooking for 1-2 hours until tender

  4. Sauce ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce

  5. Let ribs rest on the center for approximately 15 minutes

The Sandwich

  1. Get your Martin’s Sandwich Potato Rolls and slice them open

  2. Put two slices of onions on the bottom bun and add two pickles

  3. Slice your ribs in four bone sections

  4. Remove the bones and lay your ribs on the bun, then top with the top bun
