Sliced Brisket Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls
Pat of butter
½ pound of smoked sliced brisket from your favorite Texas BBQ joint
2 eggs
Vegetable oil
Barbecue sauce, hot sauce, or your choice of condiment
Instructions
Butter both sides of the Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls. Toast them in a skillet over medium-high heat until the outside is slightly toasted.
Pile ¼ pound of sliced brisket on each Martin’s Famous Potato Roll.
Meanwhile, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat in a nonstick skillet. Quickly fry the egg until the edges are crispy, but the yolk is still runny.
Gently place the egg on the brisket.
Enjoy with your choice of condiment!
